Today the country celebrates independence with fireworks. This fall, our community celebrates it with footsteps.
For people who are blind or have low vision, the white cane is independence you can hold: the freedom to navigate, work, travel and live on your own terms. On October 17, hundreds of us carry that celebration through the Dallas Zoo. Save the date.
