More than 250 people have picked up their Passports to Farmers Branch.
The program, developed by the City of Farmers Branch’s Economic Development team, encourages passport holders and residents to find hidden gems within the city. Participating businesses were asked to provide giveaways or discounts. More than 20 local businesses, including the Branch Herald, are participating.
Participants who complete the passport by stopping at every location to receive a stamp will be eligible for free tickets to the Firehouse Theatre. Those with the first five completed passports will receive ticket.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the stop at Scout and Cellar’s wine-tasting room must be excluded as the tasting room closed this week though the distribution center remains open.
The Branch Herald is giving away 100 free keychain flashlights and a code for $15 off a subscription to premium content. Participants can pick those up at Sherlock’s Escape Rooms, 4887 Alpha Rd., Suite 275.
