Ethics violations filed against mayor

Two ethics violations have been filed against Mayor Terry Lynne, city staff confirmed on Thursday, May 9, and Wednesday, May 14. While filing of the ethics violations has been confirmed, no additional information was available. 

Branch Herald has not been able to determine who filed the violations, but an agenda for a special called meeting for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16, at city hall was posted on the city’s website. The meeting will consist of an executive session to “discuss and review a Code of Ethics complaint against Mayor Terry Lynne and receive a report from the City Attorney regarding said complaint.”
