The Dallas County Health and Human Services Free Emergency A/C Window Unit Program is designed to bring relief to eligible Dallas County families! Don't let the heat put your health at risk.
Priority is given to seniors ages 60 and older, people with disabililities and households with children ages 5 and younger for a window air-conditioning unit.
This program is income-based qualifications.
