Blue October concert to benefit Metrocrest Services

The Augustine Allstate Insurance Agency is proud to announce its 25th Anniversary Giveback Concert, a special benefit event featuring a performance by the acclaimed band Blue October. All proceeds from the concert will directly benefit Metrocrest Services, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering North Texans towards self-sufficiency through vital community services.

“This concert comes at a critical time for Metrocrest Services, which has experienced a recent drop in donations amidst economic headwinds and increased competition for funding,” CEO Tracy Eubanks said. “The funds raised will be instrumental in bridging this revenue gap, ensuring the organization can continue its essential work in the community."

Metrocrest Services provides a crucial lifeline to thousands of individuals and families in North Texas by offering a range of services designed to combat food insecurity, ensure housing stability, build financial stability, and support seniors. Last year alone, Metrocrest Services served over 24,000 North Texans and provided over 3.7 million meals. With Texas currently facing the highest rate of food insecurity in the nation, the demand for their services is expected to increase, with an anticipated 14 percent rise in individuals served this year, reaching over 28,000 people.
