I founded Well Dawn Integrative Health with you in mind. The high-achieving, high-functioning woman who’s juggling it all. The perfectionist with the never-ending to-do list. The stay-at-home mom or new parent who feels like she’s lost her identity since becoming a mom.

Sound familiar? I’m Alisha, founder of Well Dawn Integrative Health, and I established this practice to address the unique needs of women who are navigating the pressures of career, family, personal identity, and other stressors. Our mission has always been, and will always be, simple: to help women restore balance and reclaim peace through compassionate, integrative mental health care.

Throughout my career as a women’s health and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how frequently women endure burnout, anxiety, and chronic stress while caring for others. At Well Dawn, we offer a different approach, one that encourages you to put on your own oxygen mask first. Our philosophy is straightforward; you cannot support others effectively if you’re running on empty.

But I have! We’re committed to creating a space where your voice is heard, your visit is not rushed, and your preferences are integrated into your care plan. Our approach combines evidence-based traditional medicine with holistic strategies to support both mind and body. Whether you’re navigating depression, chronic stress, anxiety, or facing major life transitions, our care is designed to treat the whole person.

At Well Dawn, we recognize that mental health isn’t just about what’s going on in your mind. It’s also influenced by how you eat, sleep, move, rest, and relationships. That’s why our care often includes nutrition support, lifestyle modifications, sleep optimization, and stress-reduction techniques tailored to your needs.

Our clients often tell us that they never realized how much better they could feel, or wish they had started with us sooner. This is a testament to our commitment to understanding our clients beyond their symptoms. Our providers are not only highly qualified but also approachable, kind, and invested in your mental wellness.

While women’s mental health is our primary focus, we also understand the importance of supporting the young people in your life. We now offer virtual therapy for adolescents and young adults starting at age 12, because supporting women means also supporting their families.

All sessions are conducted virtually, offering flexibility to access care from your home or wherever you feel comfortable. No commuting, no traffic, and no expectations to show up perfect, we meet you where you are.

And to make care even more accessible, we accept most major insurance plans. We believe that prioritizing your mental health shouldn't feel out of reach, and getting support shouldn’t add more stress.
