22. What is the biggest opportunity facing the town right now? The greatest challenge facing our current city council is managing the growth .
Our community needs more Upgrades of our infrastructure, safety and security ,school facilities ,medical facilities and road/sewerage development according to the population.
Our city safety services, housing and resources and make sure our city growth is improving according to scheduled development programs and planning for the best interest with good intension for our city residence.
we have the address the challenges, the city council should take the smart and honest communication and decision for the public.
The city leadership should be proactive rather than reactive, respect their feeling, good standing long term well-being relationship with community.
23. What is the biggest risk or threat facing the town? I belive in the the public safety of our residents and the road infrastructure.
24. What are your concerns about DART? I want to make public trnasporation more widely available to all walks of life and ensure the our DART riders don't have to think twice about their safety when getting on any DART transportation.
25. What kind of city do you want Carrollton to be in 10 years? With my leadership, it will be a haven for not only our residents but a leading example of insfrastrcture and safety for all other cities to follow.
26. What principles would guide your decisions on property tax rates? i would be guided by the principles of the financial responsibility, transperency and respect for taxpayers. I recommend, the property tax taxpayers property tax kept as low as possible and eraise my voice, also I wil will put voice in the council about public safety,infrastructure and essential service for our residents. residents deserve to know their tax money using for what purpose. I would consider the overoll tax burden on the families,seniors and businesses.
27. Do you believe Carrollton has a spending problem, a revenue problem or neither?
28. What is your view on issuing bond debt for major capital projects? The city bonds only use for the essential projects with public benefit, and not for non-essential projects.
29. What long-term financial risks does Carrollton face? The growing cost of maintaining and replacing aging infrasucture, if not planned properly, it will be hard for the future budget and potentially require higher taxes or increased debt.
30. What types of business should Carrollton actively recruit? The high quality, revenue generating businesses that strengthen the local economy without any strain on city services.
31. How should the city approach redevelopment of aging commercial properties? The strategic and balanced approach to the development aging commercial properties and focusing on economic value and the community benefits.
32. What public safety challenges do you anticipate in the coming years? In our city,I anticipate several public safety in the coming years,technology, and future modern community needs.
33. What is your vision for parks and recreation? Accessible to the public,well maintained and the needs of residents of all the ages for long -term commitment.
34. Carrollton spans multiple counties and legislative districts. How should that shape advocacy and coordination? The city take a cordinated, proactive, and unified approach to the advocacy.
The city must present a consistent voice when working with state legslators,county officials and regional partners.The city leadership should maintain regular communication with all the elected official and all the council members/ official aware of the city needs.Must be coordinate with county,planing and service department,like transportation,emergency services and develpment.
The city should stay actively engaged in regional planning organizations.
35. How do you describe your leadership style? My leadership style as principled, collaborative and result oriented. the leadership heve clear values and integrity to making decision based on what is good for the community. I am committed to being transperent, accountable and consistent should wherever i involved in the issues.
36. How do you handle disagreement with colleagues? With due respect, i will present my disagreement, open communication and shared my goals and different viewpoints, healthy debate will leads to better decisions.
37. Describe a time when you changed your mind after hearing opposing viewpoints. I will listen carefully to the opposing viewpoints, people who directly affected and better understanding and consequences. After reviewing the informations carefully, I will take more appropriate decision, which is good for the city residents.
