More than 160 sharply dressed riders gathered Sunday for the Dallas chapter of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, raising $26,826 for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research.
The annual charity ride, part of a global effort organized by Movember, brought together motorcyclists in vintage attire and classic-style bikes. Participants rode from the Haas Moto Museum down Midway to the Frontiers of Flight Museum before ending the day at Manhattan Project Beer Co. for a post-ride celebration.
This year's Dallas event was one of hundreds held worldwide on May 18. Riders here joined over a 100,000 riders around the globe in this charity event.
Tom Brady, a Dallas-based Community Ambassador for Movember, said, “Together, and with your hard work, we have been able to fundraise over $43 million to fund prostate cancer research and invest in mental health initiatives.”
