When the school year ends, Farmers Branch Manske Library has a treat for kids AND adults.
“Color Our World,” the 2025 summer reading program kicks off May 31 and is for children, teens and adults.
Complete “fun and engaging” challenge cards throughout the summer to earn prizes. Every completed challenge card enters you into the drawing for a grand prize.
If the library receives the goal of 1,400 challenge cards returned, participants will have the opportunity to “Color A Librarian.”
The library’s summer kick-off party 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 31, include a foamtastic time with sudsy party that will include a foam cannon, music and more. A towel and change of clothes are recommended.
