Farmers Branch residents will have a new reason to explore the city starting May 1.
A new Passport to Farmers Branch will be available at City Hall for the first 300 residents who pick them up. Residents can then use those passports to visit 20 participating businesses, including the Branch Herald, to receive discounts and free goodies from June 1 through Aug. 31.
When they visit, they will receive a stamp in their passport.
The first five passports that are completed and returned to City Hall will receive four free tickets to The Firehouse Theatre.
The passport program was created by the Farmers Branch Economic Development team.
The Branch Herald will give out 100 free keychain flashlights to participants, as well as a code for $15 off a Branch Herald content subscription.
Because the Branch Herald does not yet have a physical location, the Branch Herald stop will be at Sherlock’s Escape Rooms at 4887 Alpha Rd., Suite 275.
