Economic incentives focus of two public hearings

The City of Farmers Branch will conduct two public hearings during its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, at City Hall.

Farmers Branch City Council will consider comments concerning the adoption of two ordinances nominating TDIndustries Inc., located at 13850 Diplomat Dr., and FormFactor Inc., located at 4350 Innovation Dr., both in Farmers Branch to the Office of the Governor Economic Development and Tourism as Texas Enterprise Zone Projects.

The hearings will include discussion of tax and/or other business incentives available in the City of Farmers Branch. According to the public hearing notices posted in the Dallas Morning News on Oct. 21, “All interested parties are encouraged to attend and present their views.”
