About 150 dancers enthralled their audience at Branch Arts Live, a community dance festival.
This was the second year of the festival, which was held on Sunday, Oct. 20, at the Farmers Branch Historical Park.
Dance groups from Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District elementary, middle and high schools joined private dance studios and dancers from Texas Women's University, Dallas College's Brookhaven Campus, the Dallas Tap Dazzlers and Class Act Tap Company.
Branch Arts Live is organized by the Farmers Branch Arts and Culture Commitee. It will return in October 2025, said Chair Amy Cave.
"We hope to grow to include musicians and other live artists," she said.
