The Metrocrest Women in Business Sapphire Leadership Conference will help attendees sharpen their skills and step into new leadership roles on Tuesday, April 22. The conference will focus on leadership and personal empowerment with three renowned speakers.
Mary Anne Davis of Davis Success Solutions will inspire and empower as an authorized partner of Wiley and represents Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and PXT Select, a competency-based selection tool. Even those who previously explored DiSC, will find this workshop will elevate their understanding and help them build stronger relationships and connect more effectively with customers and others.
All attendees will receive a complimentary “Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment” valued at $90 and a copy of Davis’s book “The Sales Messenger: Ten Lessons for Sales Success in Your Business and Personal Life.”
Naomi Butler will share her “miraculous” ongoing journey with metastatic Stage 4 Cancer and her actionable steps to break through adversity to become resilient. While battling cancer, she ran a full-time business and built a successful career. A certified exhibition manager since 1988, she helps other businesses grow.
The “Healthy Leadership: How to Thrive in the New World of Work” will help business owners and their teams thrive. Julie Davis-Colan, co-founder of The L Group Inc., a leadership advisory firm dedicated to health growth, is one of approximately 1,500 people certified in Positive Psychology through the Flourishing Institute and has co-authored seven books, including her latest book, “Healthy Leadership.”
