Addison offers free music, yoga events in Circle Park

Residents looking for free outdoor entertainment and fitness opportunities can head to Addison Circle Park this summer for two recurring community events.
The Addison Singer Songwriter Series continues on Thursday evenings through July, except July 2, from 7 to 8 p.m. The weekly performances feature live music from singer-songwriters in an outdoor setting designed to bring together local talent and the community.
For those seeking a more active start to the weekend, Yoga in the Park is held every Saturday at 10 a.m. at Addison Circle Park. The free class is led by a certified instructor and is open to participants of all ages and skill levels.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water. Organizers say the classes offer a chance to exercise, relax and connect with neighbors in a casual outdoor environment.
