We will provide a basic overview of mindfulness and awareness, shamatha meditation instruction, and an introduction to our local Shambhala community. You'll leave with next steps to support engaging with practice, study and community.

Our Teacher:
Will Handy, Dallas Shambhala's meditation instructor, has been practicing meditaton for twenty plus years. As a retired psychotherapist, he has had the opportunity to witness the benefits of a medition practice.
